None of the local shops where I'm at will take feeders. They all buy from a private breeder. I put my excess in the freezer and simply stop breeding until I'm running low again. Generally, the time it takes between breeding/weaning/plus a month is enough time for me to finish off the last litter. Although, I'd love to find a place that'd take my excess if I ever get too many.

I sold them over about a month. I will see if any other stores will take them, besides the ones I checked.

You could probably do some networking at a local reptile show and meet some people that need feeders. I'm sure that they would be more than willing to buy them from you instead of from the pet store.

I guess Im lucky I have a guy that is a mouse and rat supplier that buys all my excess. Every two weeks he comes and picks them up and he brings me feed too. I get 1.00 each for smalls 1.50 for medium and 2.00 for large.

i buy all my rats once a month, when they out grow my snakes due to them not eating fast enough i just put them on craigslist for $1 (i buy them for 74 cents each). im not trying to make any money and i have no use for them when they are to big. ive never had any listed for more than a day before they were bought.
