He is amazing! Hopefully he goes for you! Just keep trying and use some of Robins advice. I thought my pastel wasn't breeding, but my girl started glowing last month a week after I finally caught him locked. I definitely missed some locks! Make sure to throw him in whenever a storm is coming through. Robin (rabertnet) has some awesome ideas and that seems to work every time for me.
