Do Female Pythons PMS?

My only female is a love bug! She's only hissed at me once the whole time I've had her, and she's never striked at me. My two males are complete opposite! My het pied actually bit me, but he's calmed down now. The pinstripe hisses every single time we pick him up, and always assumes the strike position when we open his tub.

The other night on my 21st bday, I smelt snake poop so I had my BF check the tubs (I was in NO condition). He opened the pinstripes and I hear "Ah... He hissed at me!" I :rofl:'d. Normally I'm the one who says that.

i have a few snakes that will bite randomly and some that never bite unless its feeding time. i guess you could call it pms since i get tagged at least once a week haha
