    I'm only breeding on the small scale to feed my snakes but I have for the most part started out with my original 2 males and 2 females and just held back females from subsequent litters for breeding stock. I have added one dumbo and one albino female to the mix though. Pups have been healthy and the mom's cull any that aren't.
