Combine the 3 things it probably wants most... Security, warmth, and food :)

Take a board or plastib bin lid or something flat and lay it on the ground next to the hole + snake. Prop it up on one end with a book or something just big enough for the snake to crawl under - but still cozy and dark. Have a heat pad on the flat board thing to create warmth. Then put your rodent in a box with holes on top of the board.

I'll assume the silence means he's hard at work constructing the perfect "lure box". :8:

Are you blocking the hole at times, or do you think she may be coming out at night to explore?

You might could try putting a human heating pad with a hide on it near the hole. Just make sure the pad is on a low or medium setting...

Take a glass aquarium and lay it on its side and block the hole so the snake can't go anywhere but inside the tank. In the tank place a hide. Under the tank place some kind of heating pad. The snake will go to the warmth and sit under the hide. The next day slide the tank away from the wall and the snake should be inside.

If that doesn't work then get a BFH.
