    Nope. This will be the first shed. They are eating great every week now but no shed and no poop yet lol. The female is so light anyway it really was a shock to look in there the other day and see a pink snake. Havent seen any other color change with them yet but I'll keep an eye out for it. I had no idea these guys could change color.

    Just thought I'd post up a few pictures of some Sumatran short-tailed pythons showing how much of a color change these animals can actually go through.

    This is our chrome head/light headed male, the following two pictures are of the same snake.

    Sweeeeeet!:O:O I thought it was just me, but i notices my marble borneo head goes from a dark tan to carmel to a dark brown. I also noticed that she darking up at feed time and lighten up when handle. I think it as something to do with mood change.

    I was under the impression that pythons darken/lighten to absorb more light/heat. I know my carpet is much darker in the morning when she is still warming up.
