Are you really questioning Bill Belichick's coaching ability without Brady?
How was Brady in college...last I checked he wasn't an all-american.
;)
I am not questioning Belichek just pointing out that in the NFL you need to be a great coach but you need some luck also. His record before Brady was about the same as Carrol's.

Re: Big News!
Brady is a good player, no doubt. I don't think anybody was questioning that. He came into the NFL not as a big player like manning, and vick, mcnabb and the others, but I believe he has proved himself.
One player I can say I think was over-rated was Culpepper. Moss made Culpepper, and when Moss left the Vikings. Culpepper's career went downhill very fast.

Tell me about Culpepper was terrible down here in Miami.

how was brady? underrated!
i literally saw every one of his college games, and he was extremely methodical for a college QB. he was not as highly touted of a recruit (i think he was like 6 or 7 on the QB depth chart his freshman year), otherwise i think you would have seen a lot more on him in the national picture. he did not have the support of his coaches until he started some games.
also look at his two bowl performances... big bowls, big deliveries personally, and of course two wins in two tries. he was the man at u of m...

Because in college, a lot of people wrote him off. That's how he was under-rated. He didn't have all this hype coming to the NFL, like some of these other QB's you see. Actually like a lot of them. Not to mention he was Bledsoes backup. Then he was pick #199 out of the 2000 draft, which is in the 6th round. I don't think a high rated qb would of went during the 6th round. Normally you see them going first round :).

That is exactly why he left. just like John Calipari left Memphis before the NCAA could bust him.
