That would have been my guess also and for that reason :gj: I have a fire and know the head spots are common with them. I know nothing about vanilla's, but givin the spot on the head of the first one that would have been my guess for the fire. Both are very beautiful though :gj:

The fire's pattern is awesome...I love the dorsal striping and the big holes in the pattern on the sides. That one's going to look really awesome as an adult.
It really is tough to tell in a lot of pictures, but I think they're pretty different up close. Easier to tell apart once you've seen some in person. Before I got all my vanilla stuff recently, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to tell them apart if I were to produce fires and vanillas in the same clutch, but I doubt it'll be a problem. They just have a different look to them.
Best way I can describe it...fires are more of a blonde colored snake with strong blushing as they grow. Lighter, but not so golden. Vanillas have slightly creamy look to the color, not so much blushing, and seem to be a litte more golden.
The Fire is a female and the Vanilla is a male... but I have a male Fire that I am going to pair with the female.... shooting for a BEL ;)
Not sure what to do with the Vanilla yet

both are awesome looking animals hooofa!!
but I did found this little mix up rather easy. If its any kind of pastel the yellowish tint it pretty obvious haha.
someone should find a nice fire, and a really nice normal and I bet tons of people get it wrong
