Unless you know where there is a albino BEL
a bell 100% het to an albino, would produce lesser albino and lesser het albino, no BEL albino in that.
The shortest way to do it would be a lesser het albino to a lesser albino with a 1/16 chance. Otherwise it's to produce a albino lesser and breed it to another albino lesser or het albino lesser.
But that's not the point.
The red eyes is not a color it's actually a lack of color. Because there is no black pigmentation in the eye it's look like it's red cause you see the "blood". The blue eye is something different (and don't know why the eyes are blue, but it's due to some pigmentation).
Re: Albino Lesser = BEL or REL?
Not to sure you have that correct. BELs are co dominante the same as if you were to breed a spider het albino to a albino to get albinos spiders. There is a chance if breeding a BEL 100% het albino to albino that you get a albino BEL.

bel het albino x albino would only get lessers het albino (or what ever kind of bel it was) and lesser albinos. a bel is the same as a super pastel if you breed it to a normal you will get all lessers you wouldnt get bels

No, Watever and 771subliminal are correct.
BEL is the super form of the co-dominant Lesser - two copies of the lesser gene, one from each parent. Spider is a dominant gene, so it works differently - only one parent has to pass on the Spider gene for it to express in the offspring.
Both parents would have to pass the Lesser gene on to make a BEL. An Albino BEL would only be able to pass one copy of the Lesser gene, and since the Albino wouldn't have any Lesser gene, there would be no second copy in the offspring.
If we use "a" to represent the albino gene (aa = albino. Aa = het albino) and L' to represent the lesser gene (so L'L = Lesser, L'L' = BEL, and LL = normal):
basically, AaL'L' (het albino BEL) x aaLL (albino non-lesser) would produce:
AaL'L = het albino lessers
and
aaL'L - albino lessers
Re: Albino Lesser = BEL or REL?
I would think that the eyes would be red since the albino gene would take away eye pigmentation.
