Got quite a few supplements there.. Any progress pics? Anyway, i've been sticking to my main diet for quite a while and have had tremendous gains.. I don't find a lot of supplements helpful.. I've found that Just working out your hardest + a good diet = Best results... Heres basically my diet:

    7:30 - Breakfast:
Oatmeal (With Skim Milk)... 6-8 egg whites SOmetimes 10... A banana, and multi vitamins, fish oil...

    10:00 - Meal 1:
2 Scoops With Skim Milk + Flax Oil & Fruit

    12:00 - Meal 2:
    1-1/2 Cups of Brown Rice
    Potatoes
2 chicken or turkey breasts and sometimes fish.. (I LOVE FISH!)
    broccoli and green beans
    vitamin c pill

    3:00 - Meal 3:
    Same as meal 1

    4:00 - Pre Workout:
Oatmeal, a Banana & 2 scoops of NO xplode (I know its best to take NO on an empty stomach, but this way works best for me..)

    WORKOUT

    Post Workout:
Immediate (Within 5 Minutes) Protein shake 2-3 scoops, blended with oatmeal and a banana..

    6:00 - Meal 4
    Same as Meal 2

    9:00 - Meal 5
    Same as Meal 1

Also drinking at least a gallon of water everyday is key..

Again, this is all alongside a very solid workout.. Im in the gym everyday (not the same muscles everyday obviously)..

So, just thought i'd share what im doing..

You need more veggies, and your calcium intake is probably too low. ;)

Sounds like a good start man, I always lift on an empty stomach with 3 scoops of superpump and then post workout immediately take 6 bcaa pills and a half hour later whey isolate by Muscle Gauge Nutrition then a good meal to really get the results of the protein.

I do have pics unfortunately demon bear my dog ate the camera chord so until I get around to getting a new one all the pics I was gonna post on here are gonna have to wait.

I<3Dreamsicles - I do everything in reps of atleast 8. If I can't do it 8 times I don't touch it until I can. Unless I'm making a huge jump. It sounds like what you and your friends were doing w/ curls is what's called super setting. I do that once in awhile. Start with a low weight and then go heavier then from heavy back down. As far as the benching my current bench is 220 8x.

you should try eating some simple carbs before you lift, like oatmeal. nutrition is one of the biggest things about lifting. 6 to 8 meals a day. a good start is the 3-2-1 routine. for every calorie of fat you have twice as many protien cals. for every calorie of fat you have 3 times as many carbs cals.

when i say carbs i mean carbs from bread and pasta not from snickers bars and donuts. stay clear of sugar if possible except when taking your shakes, a little bit of sugar spikes your insulin levels and helps take in the protien.

im a little guy but big into lifting. at 160lbs i bench 225x5 squat 275x5 and deadlift 345x3. mainly because i eat around 4200 calories a day!

this is liftin for awhile but terrible diet-
