    I have 1200 gram males that eat sm rats and you can tell they ate it. a 200 gram rat in 1200gram snake would be power feeding.


    Not being rude at all just saying if you feed meals that big youll end up causing a fasting period soon. I weigh every meal i give my snakes and mark it on thier feeding charts..

    I could barely see a bulge in Sadis this morning. I was surprised that the rat ended up weighing how much it did. Usually their meals are around 120-150g every 7 days, at least for my two largest females (1800g and 1200g). Shane's meals are usually around 80g or so (1100g). I normally weigh their meals and mark it down but last night I fed them at 1:30am so it was just a quick feed and go to bed.
