    Hi,

I'm not sure what makes up the red spectrum or even if anyone has admited whats in it yet. :)

What weight is your young female normal just now?

And CPR is definately a great place to buy from - I have a lesser and a black pastel from there and couldn't be happier with either. :gj:

I bow to nobody in my love of clowns but buying a het pair means no baby clowns for three years roughly, but you could make poss het females with your young girl and the male het and hold them back to increase the chances of getting clowns in 3-4 years.

Here is a good guide on identifying yellowbellies.

Darren also has some nice bumblebees at the moment so you could think about a male bee if your female is close to breeding weight as that would give you potentially pastels, spiders and bumblebees in the first season and also be a step towards killerbees if you picked up a female pastel later on. :)

Or get a female bumblebee and pick up a male pastel or pastel combo when she is about two years old.

yeah I try to get all my reps from CPR and its a great shop, I also get my fish there aswell. I think im going to go with yellowbellies for now, and try for Ivories in a few years. My
female is only a few months old.

Im going to keep het clowns on my list though, as they have to be one of my fav morphs, sadly overlooked I find though.

Im not to bothered about having to wait a few years until I see anything as I am setting up a marine aquarium soon, so that will keep me busy while im growing them up.

Thanks for the links BTW very helpful
