9 months old and about 35 cm...

She is a she because they told me that she is a female...I spoke to the pet shop guy and he told me that they were feeding her 2 times a month...but I don't think so...for substrate I use some soil that they game me,It's a block of compress stuff and you mix it with water and there's the substrate:P,for heating I have some sort of heating wall...for humidity i have a bowl of water and i keep the soil underneath a hide always soaked in water...she can eat a fuzzy and now I will feed her once 5 days,but I don't know if 2 are ok...I don't want her to get sick from 2...but tell me if I should feed her 2 fuzzyes...tnx so far...

breeders even get sexing wrong sometimes, let alone a pet shop employee

so it still may be a "he"

and twice a month would really be cutting down on the growth rate for that juvenile. definetly start feedings with 4-5 day intervals.

and if they take a second one they can handle it. so id offer a second just to find out.

I don't think you have clarified, are you feeding rat fuzzies or mouse fuzzies? I would go with a rat pup. My 5 month old Lemon Pastel is eating small rats, your should be able to take a rat pup.

They won't get sick from eating two, you'll just have to give her extra time to digest. Just in case, always give your snake 48 hours to digest their food.

Edit: Also, I know you're in Europe, but here in the states we don't trust anyone in a pet shop unless they've proven otherwise. Just because they say it's a female, I wouldn't trust that unless you saw them sex the snake in front of you.

Well I have mice fuzzyes and here in romania you buy the snake...at an overhight price I might add but you can't buy food for it because they don't have it so you buy the snake but it will die from hunger because they don't offer food to buy...so this fuzzy mice i went to hell to procure it's all i got...When i said sick from overfeeding i ment an obese snake because i saw some short but very thick snakes and i don't like that at all...

If your snake is underweight, you don't need to worry about her becoming obese. She'll be absorbing alot of the meal.

Have you thought about breeding your own rats to make sure you have food for her?

well it's complicated...and i don't really want rats in my house...

Ball pythons are short and heavy bodied snakes. If you don't like that, then maybe you should get a corn snake instead.

A ball python will not get obese from eating two fuzzy mice. A nine month old snake is being under fed if you are feeding two fizzy mice.

Okay well at the rate you are going, you are going to starve the snake to death.

You can tell if the snake is obese because you will be able to see skin in between the scales. Kind of like they are stretched apart.
