I just talked on the phone with another dealer who claims to have "pure bloodred" hatchlings, and when I asked him if they have black belly pattern he just answered "obviously they have some"...

    mmm..

do you have any pictures of what belly pattern is acceptable for a bloodred corn?

If I remember I'll take some of my bloodreds when I get home tonight. But again, no checkers. No if's, and's, or but's on that one. "Obviously they have some" means they're not bloodreds and the guy doesn't know what a real bloodred is.

    i see.

then maybe I'll opt for some other morphs, the ones available here are snows, reverse oketees, and butters, apart from the more common anery and amels.

I'm now pondering on getting a butter and a snow, what do you think of this pairing?

and what do I have to lookout for in snows and butters of around 6 months old to have the best specimens?

If you bred them, F1 would be amels het anery and caramel. Anery masks caramel, so the F2 would just look like snows, even though some would be homo caramel.
