    Wow, I would have never thougt DEL would be like that. Seems a little crazy to me. What would happen if someone moved into the state that already owned snakes? Could they keep them and wait for a permit, or are they fined as soon as they move into the state?

    not sure but I say they let you go ( give you timeot get the permit lol ) I hope at least. I not surewhatthe turnaround time is right now for a permit ifthey are currently issueingthem. I know they stopped the breeder permits.

    But what if they move into an apartment or rent/buy a house without the acreage someone meantioned earlier? I could be a felon just because I moved to the state with a single Ball Python or Corn snake?

    not sure on how all the regs are for upstate. I just heard that your suppose to have an area I know one person that was not approved cause they only had .991 of a acrea.
