Well I don't drink but I think it's fine to drink "in moderation." I don't like people who go out with the intention of getting drunk but it's whatever if you do. As far as not remembering the girls name I'm bad at names so I've done that before. One thing I've done before is asked how to spell her name. Even if she thinks it's stupid that you don't know how to spell her name you can come up with an excuse. ex: "Some people spell Katie with just an "i"" or "I know a girl who spells Alison with two "l"s." It worked when I tried it.
