Part of me thinks that the wording is incorrect and vague enough that unless changed, won't actually ban any snakes at all.

Just hope they only take the big snakes away! Ive called Cardin several times he's all about the eviromental BS out there. The Big snakes are going to go sorry to say that but its looks like this is it. All the bad publicity from kid getting killed & escaped snakes from idiots keepers have taken its toll. Ive done my part & will still do ! & hope for a outcome we can live with!

The part that burns me is that I was really looking forward to getting into dwarf burms and retics in the next year or so. I was excited to see them show up in a size I could handle--and now that possibility may be taken away from me, for no reason whatsoever.

Correct me if i am wrong but isn't Cardin the guy that said "maybe we should let them keep the skins to soften the economic blow to the people that have them now" ? something to that effect this morning during the hearing for markup.

Or they could finagle it to say the exact opposite and ban them all.

The skinner is, IIRC, Senator Imhoff.

These laws were started long before the Demos were in place, please don't turn this into a Donkey vs a Elephant match, politicians are politicians, I don't care if they're red, blue, white, yellow, green, cyan, or magenta, they're all the same to me.

who's trying to pass all these bills? who's sponsering all of these bills? its about goverment growing bigger & influencing over everypart of our lives.is that the change you wanted? people only pay attention & realize whats going on when it affects them personally.
