Re: 08 Male Gold Tiger
Most of my aboreals are still relatively small. The one in this post is an 08. These snakes grow to be only about three feet in length for females and 18-24 inches on males. They don't move much and usually stay perched at the top of their enclosure. Adults should be in a 18x18x18-24x24x24 encloure, and babies do not need much more then delicups. I keep all of mine for now in Sterilite tall showcase boxes. They cost about $4 at Wal-Mart. Nothing special. These snakes do not need heat. Room temp works well and honestly temps over 80 degrees can kill them. They do well with 75-80 summer temps and 70-75 winter temps. The do not eat much and stay slender for the most part. Over feeding can kill them also. Adults usually eat every 3-4 weeks and babies every 7 days.

Re: 08 Male Gold Tiger
There are actually different morphs/colorations of eyelash vipers. A tiger phase is a specimen displaying green and yellow bands. The gold tiger phase is a yellow or gold color with white bands. Eyelash vipers go through some drastic color developing. Their base color is usually what they are born with, but usually the greens, reds, yellows, and black will develop as they age around two years. This is an 08 animal pictured in the post. You can already see the white bands, but they will intesify more. Here is a link to a site with some of the color phase.www.lavibora.com
