lol! Only fuzzy animals are cute to them :P I won't go into messy details, but one co-worker told me I'm cruel at heart for feeding her, and I should let her go outside because she's a wild animal.

Take the snake to work and show them how cute and scaley it is. Then ask them if they think cows are cute when they are eating a burger.
Also I'd have probably punched them if they told me it would be nice to the animals if you let it go outside. Some people really need to go back to school.

Awwwwwww... that was adorable. :)
And yeah, I get the same reactions when I gush about how cute my snakes are - with anyone who isn't (or wasn't) a keeper themselves. One of my students saw me looking at snake pictures today, and was like "you're really obsessed with snakes, huh?" Yes, yes I am. :oops:
