Sorry to hear we're losing you Jen... but you gotta do what you gotta do, I suppose. :( I totally understand your complaints about this area, although as Elise said, it feels normal to those of us who grew up here! But I did do a similar thing in reverse, leaving California for a few years to live in Oregon - and while it was hard to re-adjust back here, I'm so glad I returned. Family always comes first, and for me this is where most of the (immediate) family is living. Anyway, I hope the move back goes well, and that you find your perfect spot soon!
