    Re: Anyone Else Workout?
I started the year at my highest at 140lbs, then I joined this free program online called I Want Six Pack Abs dot com and completed the sessions and in those 16 weeks, I cut down to 122lbs.

Right now I fluctuate between 125 - 128, and my body fat has stayed at about a 14%, which I'm trying to bring down further by cutting carbs at night. I drink two 30g protein shakes a day, one in the morning before breakfast and one after my workout. I make them part of my whole nutrition, I split up my meals into 6 instead of 3 large meals. I've gained great results, but I'm not trying to bulk up - I'm just trying to maintain weight now.

I've inspired a few friends of mine, and have before & after photos posted on a local magazine website.

It's been great, I love it, and the good thing about it all is that once you shed the pounds and you're where you wanna be, then you don't have to work your @$$ off as much as you had to when you first started.

I maintain a ratio of 45% carbs, 35% protein and 20% fats. I've never had a six pack in my youth, until now. So I am pleased.

Now I'm a Personal Trainer, although not the best career path these days with the economy the way it is and all.

But I've always been a gym rat, I don't like supplements though because I haven't found a single supplement that had stood by what they say, supplements like Hydroxycut, but that's a whole different topic.
