    Another thing to think about, did you handle any other snakes the weeks prior? Maybe something was transmitted to just these two.

    i control the temp through a thermostat , but i don't think it's capable of measuring or recording a heat spike, u checked both their heating pads and they're still working

    the water i gave to them i gave the same to all my snakes and my geckos so i hope it's not that

    these bps were both under a year old, that i know for sure, the bigger of the two was still less than 16"

    i handled the smaller one quite frequently, but not since he went into shed a few days ago and not since he stopped eating a couple weeks ago. I haven't handled the bigger one in months though, he always bit me so he didn't get that much handling outside of being moved in and out of his tank so i could clean it, he usually spent most of that time trying to scare me
