WHAT TO GET????!?!(Poll)

If anyone is serious about breeding ball pythons as a hobby. They are out of their mind if they don't have at least a pair of pastels. Pastels mix with EVERYTHING... Spiders are nice, but one in your price range is likely to be ugly and barely look like a spider at all. Go with the pastel.

I love spiders and I think you could get a nice one for $300! Piebalds are going to cost you alot more than $300!

While I agree about having a pastel (mine is my favorite snake), you can get a quality spider for under $300... I only paid $250 + shipping for Vinnie, and think he's pretty darned good looking. :cool:

I think you should get what you like..its a personal choice :)

if money is not an issue i would go for a double gene morph like a pewter or a bumble bee.. just to get the most outta the normal gene.. :gj:

normal x bee = normal, spider, pastel, bee

normal x pewter = normal, cinny, pastel, pewter

dude you should so get a bumble bee!!! then if you breed it to yout normal you will have 25% chance for bumble bees, pastels, spiders, and normals.. thats what im doing..well im breedin the bumble be i get in a year to my pastel and to my normal!

Maybe hold out for a Lesser as they seem to be dropping in prices...

Pastel--it has the most potential for future projects, and people will breed fewer of them as their price continues to decline. Get the best one you can find, even if you have to pay the full 300 for it.

spiders are my fav morph, but if i could start all over again, my first morph would be pastel female. bc as it was said, about breeding plans, pastels mix well with EVERYTHING. start with a female pastel so it gets nice and ripe b4 u get ur next MALE morph =p.
