To me they both look slightly dehydrated and from wht you are saything about soaking them for 20min 3x a day that is way to much. I never do that with my snakes, they stay in their tubs and shed perfectly for me every time. If I do get a bad shedder I give it at most a 5min soak in warm water and the stuck shed comes right off. Honestly you are soaking them way to much which could imo stress them out a lot just like over handling can stress them out.
