Re: Hows this for a krazy question, is it possible to change barometric pressure?
I run a chemical plant that uses 3 main things to create vacuum. This Vacuum would control The Barometric Pressure.

    Cooling tower
    Barometric Condensor
    Vacuum pump.

This system is relatively expensive. Being that it cools down 2 tanks the size of an average house. I cool Condensed Borax Liquor from 190 degree temperature all the way down to 115 Degrees just by controlling how much vacuum I pull off the 2 tanks. This is measured in HG or inches of Mercury. Anyways yes it can be done....but practical? I doubt it.

A smaller version of this could be made at home with just a vacuum, but its still not very practical, and would be loud and annoying. I would prefer to control the simpler things like temp and humidity, then let nature take care of the rest.
