I certainly hate to to put everyone into one bucket, but I have to be honest. We had a chance to sit there for six hours and watch every single agent treat every single person like they were the scum of the earth. Maybe it was a bad night for the 30 agents that I saw that night, but I tend to believe it was more then that. I hope other borders are better then that post, but I can honestly say I stand behind every word that Kel said. They were rude, incredibly mean people that seemed to only have one thing on their mind and that was to make everyone feel like they were dirt. Total power trip! Not what I want visitors to this great country to see as their first impression. Sorry if we offended anyone, but something should be done about that type of treatment! Thanks, Brian(Sbtv)
