    Het pied markers are far from conclusive. If I was picking through some possible hets I would choose the ones with markers but I have seen many a ball python with markers that are not hets and hets with no markers so go figure?

    I would take a chance if it was a female but I dont think its worth it with a male. You would be better served to save the female for a better or more productive pairing. Thats just my view on it.

    I'm holding my pastel right now, and his tail markings are similar... I'll snap a photo for you if I have a chance. But hey, like the the others have said, it won't hurt to try! :D

    This is a male PH Pied/Axanthic male I produced this year. I believe, based on these markers, that he will turn out to be a het Pied at least.
