    This is the rack I made for the exact same purposes. It is a "sideways rack" which means it can fit one 32qt tub sideways per shelf or two 15qt tubs normally.

    I had to imporvise a bit but I really liked how it turned out. Only cost me about $300 USD after putting everything in. Materials, flexwatt, thermostat, tubs, etc...

    Eventually I want to put a storage drawer in the bottom space. Right now I am just using an empty tub as storage :P
