    No Felony.
They were not involved in the accident and proving that they were even aware that an accident took place would be tough, if not impossible.

Plain and simple, it is the Frito Lay truck that is at fault. If he had at least the one car length per 10 miles per hour(4 car lengths at 40mph) that is required, a properly working brake system, and a reaction time that was not delayed from toking on a blunt earlier or texting/talking on the cell phone while driving(? just sayin' it's possible,) He could have stopped before hitting your car.

That's one for the "Out of Context" thread.

lol the out of context thread.

No, the light had been green for a while, I was just entering the intersection when i stopped for the car in front of me ( i was also driving the speed limit, somewhere between 40-50 mph, the SL on that road is 50) going the correct speed, he forced himself in front of the car in front of me. I thought i was going slower, but honestly i wasn't paying attention. The frito guy said he hit me going at least 40, more likely 50, which i find hard to believe but i couldn't tell you. I feel that he probably hit me at 30-35 tops because he was hitting the breaks (i heard them squeal after i was stopped) so he was decelerating. I was pushed, but there weren't any skid marks though.

i mean, if the frito guy had been doing what he was supposed to, he wouldn't have hit me, but i dont blame him for the accident, i'm still blaming the guy who ran the light. At LEAST, the dude who hit me is insured and no one was hurt. My car definitely sustained the most damage, but this should start clearing up tomorrow. i hope.
