There are some that have strong feeders that are picky enough not to want to take f/t. Either way, OP, just keep an eye on the snake in question and i'm sure you'll know if anything is wrong :)

As to answer the frozen mice statement. I am not against frozen, but ive read it is extremely hard to get a snake to feed on frozen once they have had live for so long. Considering shes been fed live for a year and a half (her entire life) id say the chances of her eating frozen are slim to none. Also, both of us get more enjoyment watching the little critters run around and get swooped on hahaha

    Thanks for the tips,

Try it. In my experience it's not nearly as hard as people make it out to be (perhaps i've just been lucky).
As for the entertainment value, just consider that your snake could end up with a serious injury. Just my .02

Enjoyment from mice getting eaten? That gives us live-feeding people a bad rep as sadistic. I feed live only. I don't do it to get my jollies out of watching animals die. I do it because my snakes ignore prekilled or frozen/thawed. I have been doing this for about 5 years with no problems.
Bites can happen. Treat with Neosporin (not the pain-killing kind) and it should be fine. I do supervise feedings, just to be sure that if I can prevent a bite, I do.I am waiting with a pair of hemostats to turn the prey's face away from the snake if needed.
If you can get your snake(s) to eat prekilled or f/t, that is great. I just can't, thus I feed live.

If you feed improperly you are more likely to get a serious injury with live that watching and being prepared with live. There are people here that have tons of snakes and havent had injuries yet, I think that says something. And I don't think that someone watching the thrill of the hunt is sadistic. People are like that just as much when they are hunting, rather it be deer or squirrels. Its just the thrill, I doubt the OP is giggling insanely and rubbing her palms together licking her lips because her snake struck the mouse. Then again, I guess you never know.
