    Check your phone book for local farmers and call them and ask them where and when they hold livestock auctions you can find chicks there. Also check if you have a local classified newspaper we have one weekly here called the iwanna and they will be in those under farm animals. Also you can try an f/t ordered online threw rodentpro or one of the other ft online suppliers. My female green didnt eat for me for the first 7-8 months we had her. My male I never had a problem out of though he ate anything

    I would honestly just assist feed. It's not as bad as force feeding, and 99% of the time after that one assisted meal, they will eat on their own.

    OR

    Try a fuzzy mouse and completely cover the box/tank, if you are feeding in a tank, try something small like a big critter keeper, and completely cover it so it's dark.

    well thank you ghuys for the advice. i will give it all a try. i will definitely keep you posted. im now looking to buy more retics so there is gonna be alot of new issues over here for the next year or so.
