yes that is correct or ball python breeding would be, rotate as many males as possible and see what pops out.

If you double sire, does that make the offspring (that are "normals") HET for both?

If you put 2 recesives in with your normal you will get all normals and NEVER know what gene took because they will all look normal. You would have to breed them out to prove which one is what.

    Hi,

That's why most people who run multiple males will only use co-dom or dom genes so you know who is the father. :)

I wouldn't mix in any recessives when doing this as it could take you years to find out what the hatchlings actually were.

this year ive got 4 double sired clutches of the 10 clutches,
first with butters and a yellowbelly,(yb and butterXnormal),
second from breeding a butter and pastel X pastel female this
    was 1 butterpastel,1 superpastel,1butter,1 pastel and 2 normals,
third one wass from breeding a pastel and spider male to a
normal female this was 1 spider,1pastel and 2 normals and the last
one was from a butter and mojave male to a 100% het ghost female
and this was 4 butters,1 mojave and two normals all 50% het ghost.
