Re: Canadian Reptile Breeder's Expo!
I didn't hear of anyone dropping out because of this? Anyway... Like Buttons said that is still a HUGE list and I still will not be missing this. ;)
I can't wait.. Less then two weeks away now.
Re: Canadian Reptile Breeder's Expo!
I'll be going for sure... haven't been to a Toronto show since '98.
My only concern/worry is that it won't be just captive bred animals there. I hope I'm wrong, and we'll see when I get there.
Going to spend lots of cash, and put faces to names there, for sure!

Grr!!! Why do I have to live on the west coast!? :soapbx::heartbrea:rage:
Oh well. :sigh2: I'll find others to attend, eventually. They just won't be on the grand scale of AWESOMENESS that this one is sure to be.

Won't be going to this one too many other shows to go to i will be going to the calgary show this weekend and i will be going to the BCRC show in Abbotsford at the end of the month sept.26-27/09 . I think there won't be anything at the CRBE that i can't get through websites anyways.

Nice to see a good handfull of BP.netters coming. :) We're leaving Friday evening.
Re: Canadian Reptile Breeder's Expo!
I will most likely be going to the one in Montreal in October. It's only two hours drive from my new place in Vermont, closest I've ever been to a show so I'd like to take the opportunity to check it out. I am guessing I wouldn't be able to buy anything though? They have to have laws against going to Canada, buying a snake, and then bringing it back in the states.
Re: Canadian Reptile Breeder's Expo!
Transportation across the border may be difficult but I am sure most vendors would allow purchase of the animal, hold and they would ship to you once they get back into the states?
Re: Canadian Reptile Breeder's Expo!
Shipping/importing requires a lot of time, $$ and paperwork to do legally.. Unfortunately. Lots of big name breeders can get the CITES paperwork pretty fast though and usually costs around $100 extra. Don't quote me on this though. :)
