Wow! That fast? I thought the paperwork took up to two weeks...

That's what I was expecting...Actually, after dealing with all the neanderthals from the call center, I was expecting 2 months...:rage::rage:

However, my rep is waaay awesome...I've done outside sales and she's did a great job earning my loyalty, especially after the reps were so incompetent that I almost pulled out of the process...I'm actually struggling to move even if a cheaper option comes around though I'd be paying more at FedEx, because my rep actually adds a personal touch to my shipping...

So, after my long-winded typing session...I was lucky I think and not the norm for sure!! :please::please::please:

Well I sent my package out on 6/28 and have not heard anything. How do they notify me if I passed or not. I have not got anything so far from them but it was a holiday weekend so how long should I wait before calling to check and does anyone have the number to the testing site. My package was recieved on June 30th

Holiday weekend be patient. Normally takes 3-5 business days. They notify you by email

I would wait until the end of the week or beginning of the next week. The holiday weekend probably delays things a bit. You'll be contacted via e-mail letting you know you passed. There is a number on the website for the Test and Development Dept. but they are slow to return calls. I left one there before in my early quest.

Once you get your "passing" email, start calling your rep so you can get the results to him/her and then they can pass it onto the legal dept. You're past the mid-way part of the FedEx Marathon. :gj::gj::gj:

If you don't see it there...It's probably still in the process...Since it is the season where many are shipping and SYR is not longer an option...This could be the reason for the added delay...My rep said that there are many people becoming certified from talking with her peers...I'd be patient for a bit longer before you start making a bunch of phone calls...

I know it's easy to "Monday Morning Quaterback" but it's way worth it when it's finished...Just got back from FedEx as I type and it was sooo simple...

Okay I'm gonna throw out a bunch of questions here, sorry hahah

I'm filling out the application and not sure what I should put for answers.

    Quote:

Is this packaging test required as part of a vendor approval program? Yes or No?
It's no right or is FedEx the vendor making us do this???

    Quote:

This packaging is - Current Packaging? Prototype? Production sample?
    Current Packaging, right?

    Quote:

What kind of damage might you expect if the packaging failed?
Not sure what to put there???

    Quote:

I have placed the test package inside an additional package with cushioning that is overpacked/overboxed for safe shipment. Yes?
    No?
    That's yes, right?

Onto my next question lol, These free supplies everyone is talking about, it's just the airbills that go on top of the box with the To/From information etc...

Has anyone got the "pre-printed" ones for free?

Thanks so much, sorry for all the questions but I'm a little confused
