How do I send the test package without getting in touch with my rep? No one at FedEx had even hard of a test package.

    Thanks,

You don't need to get in touch with your rep...Actually, reach out to Twisted he has some great stuff to help in the process...However, here is the address where to send the test-package:

Send it 2nd Day (Bill Recipient) or you will get charged, but expect it and your rep should be able to get it credited back and you won't be shocked...

    FEDEX PACKAGING DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
    2828 BUSINESS PK DR H STE 500
    MEMPHIS , TN 38118

    But once again, PM Twisted...

You can order supplies again :) ...However, there is nothing good that is free for account holders  ...The only good supply is the FedEx Labels that you can order...LOVE THEM!!! :gj::gj: But everything else will probably need to be ordered the old fashioned way Superior Shipping Supplies...

I received an e-mail from FedEx today. I passed the inspection! I am going to contact my FedEx rep today to get the ball rolling with the paperwork. :)

You will need an account number to bill the recipient, but once you package passes you will have to work with your account rep to get the paperworks for all the legal stuff before you can get approval to ship snakes from my understanding. What I did is call the 800 number on the page where you access the pdf and just asked for my account rep to contact me. Mine was very helpful and went the extra mile to find me the account number to the recipient.

Now that my package was delivered to the testing station how long till i get my results on average? It was just delivered this morning.

For me and I might have had a very odd situation, but I mailed mine on the 8th of June, got approved on the 15th, had my certification completed on the 16th and shipped on the 17th. :please::please:

Granted all my calls and :rage::rage: started on 6/2...:rage:

I called the legal department today since I've been waiting for over 2 weeks now on my waiver and I was getting tired to talking to reps who would tell me I needed to call the live animal desk or that I was calling the wrong number. I spoke to someone who told me that the person in charge of reptiles is Misty (I didn't catch her last name, sorry) but that she's on vacation right now. I was told the only person who would be able to help me right now would be Misty's boss. His name is Rusty Philips and the number I dialed went to his office. He was on lunch when I called so I left a message. This was around noon, my time. It's now 2:30 and I just tried to call back and the phone just rings and rings.. I'll try again later, but if anyone else was having trouble getting any info on their waivers here's the number to the legal department I contacted earlier: 1.901.434.8494
