We ate Mexican from a local restaurant tonight. Just got a combo platter deal and split it. Beef burrito, beef enchilada, crunchy beef tacos, bean tostada, chili rellenos, Mexican rice, refried beans, chips & salsa... Really regretting that one. Good Mexican is so hard to come by here in Ohio (Taco Bell is waaaay better, how sad is that?). We were spoiled when we lived in Texas, though. Where we lived in Texas, you couldn't find a bad Mexican joint.

Yesterday I made stuffed pepper soup. It came out mediocre. I accidentally over seasoned it.

After hearing about the tater tot pie (we always called it tater tot casserole), I think I might make that tomorrow. We haven't had it in a looooong time.

My ex wound up in the hospital after eating a 711 hotdog though lol

Only thing I can't do is hot stuff.
