Ok dude lay off. We only call em as we see em. I see a pewter being sold as a stirling to people who don't know what a stirling looks like. That's what I see. Granted I have not seen the snake in person, but from the pictures you posted I see pewter. Like this one:http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/02/20/ta6e9u6a.jpg
So if you think that everything is fine, take the high road and now out quietly. By attacking people now, you are just coming off worse.

Don't worry interloc, he's obviously super classy. So he won't come back with some lame name calling comeback.

Your words don't hurt me. That's about all I've got to say about that.... I'm glad everything is cleared up, but my impression of you stands because of how you reacted.

Supertiger, feel free to remove yourself from this forum and people you so openly loath. I promise you will not be missed. You were dishonest in the deal, and I'm not talking about selling it as a sterling. I'm talking about not being upfront with your initial doubts when selling. Believe what you like about the lot of us, that is your prerogative. That doesn't make your business ethics right. Sell first, and *if* the buyer finds out that you had doubts, then try and make it right by riding on coattails of other breeder's words. Damn poor business model, and one that will not be missed.
Ilovevenom, I must salute your ability to glaze over the fact you screwed someone else in this yb trade. You did a great job completely avoiding all remarks posted towards you.
All in all, you two make a wonderful pair. Kudos.
Lesson to learn: always be upfront with your customers.
Mods, is it about time for a lock? Just wondering as the issue has been resolved and it is now just a case of bickering and name calling. Not that I don't enjoy a good bickering...

I don't care....I tried to be nice and present everything I have to prove that the snake is a sterling.....but everywhere I turned I was being called a liar, shady, dishonest......Now you, figuratively speaking, may not have the balls to stand up for yourself.......but I will fight tooth and nail to prove that I didn't do ANYTHING wrong.......oh and interloc, the sterling I sent Mr.Huffman........looks exactly like the one pictured here in this ad

Re: Sterling ball or Pewter Ball
i think you guys are just haters, it seems like people feed of off negativity and just talk so much crap. Me and supertiger retics should start our own company, we will call it stop-hatin reptiles, and we will serve hater-aid to all the haters out there lol

I don't care about any doubts....what don't you understand, once I got confirmation from the people who got this snake from Adam that it was in fact a sterling, I didn't have any more doubts. I had heard from the horse's mouth what it was.......a sterling......no doubt about that....so there was no need to say anything about some stupid unsubstantial doubt, as I had the final answer.....Once again from the horse's mouth

Sterling ball or Pewter Ball
I feel like I lost a few IQ points reading the end of this thread.
This is basically how it came off "the guy I just hated and I are going to run off into the sunset together, and you are all poop heads"

Re: Sterling ball or Pewter Ball
Well that's not the way I wanted to end it.....I wanted to clear my name, and after doing so, people still antagonized me, and tried to say I was shady and dishonest.....They keep trying to bring up old doubts I had but can't realize that once I spoke with the breeder who got the sterling from Adam Chesla, as a sterling, I had no more doubts.....Why would this man who has such a good reputation lie to me about the snake.......He wouldn't......He bought it from Adam Chesla as a sterling, I received it from his partner as a sterling, I traded it as a sterling.....Why....because the snake is a sterling.....There was no dishonesty or shady dealing on my part....I told Dave he was getting a sterling, and that's what he got....He also now has concrete proof that its a sterling.....I can certainly understand Dave not taking my words for it....I mean come on, this is our first interaction with each other, and he doesn't know me from a can of paint. But now that he has proof from someone he knows and trusts, that makes me happy
