I haven't been able to take pictures, but lately there has been a spate of people parking in handicapped zones that aren't parking spaces.

What i mean is, there are always a few large handicapped spaces for vans to load and unload wheelchairs, they have big zones of yellow lines painted around them to let people know that room is needed for loading and unloading. Recently however, people who are apparently tired of all the handicapped spots being taken, have started parking willy-nilly inside these painted yellow loading lines. They park this way and that way, half in the aisle and half in the loading zone, and they just don't care. I'll just make a parking spot wherever I feel like it. I understand being frustrated about full handicapped spots, but that doesn't give you the right to just invent a parking space.

People in rental trucks are the worst. Driving too. Apparently they needed the sidewalk and don't know how to back in...

Video won't play for me. But I worked for U-haul when I was younger. And some of the people driving those big trucks were down right scary... Anybody can rent one.
