Should BallBids.com not be able to deliver the item ordered, BallBids.com shall promptly notify the winner if it can deliver a comparable substitute product that has the same or better features. The winner shall then promptly notify BallBids.com if it wishes to receive this substitute or if it prefers to receive a refund of the final auction end price.
In other words..... If we don't happen to have what you bid on, we will either offer you whatever we happen to have, if we have something, or you get your 15 bucks or so of ending auction price (no matter how much you spent on expensive bids) back.

I love how the winner is referred to as an "it" BTW. I think that I'll pass on this kind of reptile auction.

My favorite part is the first few lines from from the warranty disclaimer. Never heard anyone use the term ball python "manufacturer". And what exactly qualifies as a used BP?

After what I just saw on there site watching the auction, It sure looks like a scam or atleast a horribly run site.
Timer just about ran out then added 1 day then the day vanished after the bids jumped up by 3 dollars then 1 hour was added onto the auction.
    Seems kind of fishy

I am over there watching the auctions now.

A funny thing happened - when the timer hit 0:00, the clock reset to...........

    ONE HOUR

yeah it was odd. It added 1 day but continued with the normal count down just plus 1 day. then reset 1 hour after it hit 6 dollars. odd.

I knew that and it is why I posted it. It shows that they did not read their own terms and conditions, nor did they spend the time to make sure it worked with live animals. Just goes to show how sloppy this operation is. I also noted that they changed the terms to remove the sentence about not being able to return live animals. So, they are jumping, but I hope there has been enough traffic on the forums to warn people of what this company is all about.

The main on-line face guy, Avi has only been in reptiles for only a few weeks. I suspect that is why he has yet to answer the quarantine question to anyone's satisfaction. He is the front man in the con. The guy behind the scenes is Zach, who is unable to even comply with simple rules like no multiple accounts.

If anyone bids, at least if they have read this thread or the multiple threads on different forums, they are aware of who these people are. Caveat emptor.
