    Alright folks, that's really enough.

It doesn't do anyone any good to make fun of someone's thread and/or experiences. Nor to call "troll" every time something doesn't make sense to you. If you think the information given in a thread like this isn't true...then just ignore it and move on to other threads where you feel you can be more helpful. Otherwise, it just ends up dragging the whole forum down and makes it look unwelcoming and unfriendly.

To the original poster of this thread:

You'll have to understand that most everyone who regularly participates in these forums does so because they are passionate about the care and wellbeing of animals...reptiles and snakes specifically, but all animals in general. And therefore, we are often quick to offer advice when we see what appears to be animals being kept in less-than-optimal conditions. That's just a part of this forum, and that is not going to change, no matter how much some might wish for it to.

Whether or not you take any of the advice offered to you is entirely up to you. But to argue against the advice given is pointless. Just say "thank you for the advice" and move on. Collectively, you're looking at at least a couple hundred years worth of experience with thousands of animals. Feel free to ignore whatever you want...but don't think you'll change anyone's way of thinking by arguing against proven methods of keeping snakes.

I think Adam said it best some time ago:

"Don't poo poo on an already smelly pile of doo doo."

    Best quote EVER.
