My buddy has two Gus Pokis and the female is gravid.
That is not good for me LOL!
I'd seriously consider placing our royal, which is so unlike me, to have one.
If my wife didn't care about any of this I'd already be gearing up and I'd never consider placing anything.
Sadly I'm out at 4 LOL.

Keep wearing down the wife lol. I mean one more snake isn't that bad if you got 4 already...but then there is always 'the one more' snake lol.
Or yeah, I mean if you really don't care for the BP and your son isn't really hip on it anymore, then rehome it and get a Poki.
That's how it was with Allison. I mean I liked her but to me, keeping something that you are scared of or don't want or has habits that you really dislike, it's better for the animal and you to part ways because in the long run you will regret keeping it and the animal could possibly suffer because of it.
For me, I love Dottie even though she is my pet rock. She seems much happier in a T10 than a T8. The first night in her T10, she slept out in the open and the next day, she ate a small rat and weaned rat like a champ. The bigger cage seems to have sparked her feeding again lol.
I really couldn't get rid of any of my snakes now as each of them have a special place in my heart now.
So since I got a T10 and T8 empty, I can probably swing 2 more animals. Like I've said, I've always wanted a Gila so I'm pretty sure the T10 will have one of those and for the T8, I'm debating on a Pucallpa Peruvian or Peruvian Long tail BCL. But it wont be for a few months at least. I need to get a few more things squared away here first like a small chest freezer for snake food as the snakes and especially Harley my beardie are eating me out of house and home lol. Harley LOVES her hornworms so I'm going through tubs of 20 every week or less lol. And hornworms are pretty freakin expensive.

I'm pretty excited to get her a boyfriend from Chris. Hopefully I have the cash on hand when the time comes haha. Going have to put on blinders so I quit looking at snakes as I only got 1 AP cage left but I do have 2 40 gallon breeders with flexwatt hooked up to them haha. My god, I feel like a crack addict but with snakes :P

Colors are coming in nice on her. Suris get better as they age. At least for the first 4 years. She's a smoker!
