I don't, at least not entirely. Maybe it's a frame of mind I have, but be skeptical of everything. Question everyone, and don't take one persons word for it.

I've had a bad taste in my mouth about Wyatt ever since he squandered an opportunity to square HSUS away on a live, nationally syndicated, radio talk show and got shoved in a corner like the little child he (now seemingly more so) is.
Sure, I feel that more than a few people just latched onto this, and Ken's story, because it's just the next thing to crap on Wyatt about but for me Ken's problems are Ken's problems. I'm concerned with the hobby, and if Ken's problems got Wyatt out of the way of the way of progress then Ken's problems are the mouse trap we needed.

Wyatt has, in recent weeks, done not quite as large but still morally reprehensible things than just allegedly spread lies. He created an organization intent on dividing the community. He continues to lie about stealing the USARK mailing list. Those are the top two, but my concern is what's his next move?

That's exactly the way that I feel. The total lack of professionalism, maturity, and focus demonstrated by all parties, does not warrant any further support or endorsement...

The only thing that we know for sure is... Wyatt and Walsh twist the truth on some things and flat out lie about other things.

They need to be out of OUR hobby.

Erika is about to post the "corrected" version of Ken's report on the BLBC, Ken has given them permission to do so. Let's see what comes of it.

Ken has been the only one that has came here (that I know of) why are we always getting left out? :p

It's sad that Ken had to have his whole life history poured out over the internet. Unless cut down to just the criminal history, those reports contain credit information, bankruptcy histories, etc. etc.

I am not going to read that report - Ken was never the issue here. Ken's actions were never the issue...............

I started reading it. Had no idea all that info would have been released. I dont even know the man, I shouldn't be seeing any of that.

While it is sad, I did read it. And will be retaining a copy of it just in case it's pulled so that as an unbiased party I can relay the information should it be removed from public scrutiny.

The main thing I took away from it is that on all accounts of anything similar to a conviction the check rates them at 62 percent certainty. While that is more than a majority there is a large 38 percent that it could not be who they think it is.

I also noticed a lot of mix in names, mainly most were listed as Ken Foose and then those that tie the Ken we know in are list as Ken Foose II and have his exotics business name attached. However, those are no where near the criminal or arrests section.

In other words, an uneducated mouthpiece could make a quite deliberate mistake and end up smearing the name of an innocent party.
