I don't think people who aren't involved in the scams should be so involved in this thread. Yes, you can be mad and maybe comment a few times, but you don't really need to be cutting up or pointing fingers at the OP when you don't know all the details. Also people who are involved in the scams, its ok to warn people about the scammer, but saying things like "haven't recieved a penny yet" isn't really necessary. Shows a bit of childishness. Conduct your PERSONAL affairs off of PUBLIC forums. It's better for both party's that way. Just my .02.

Really it doesn't make a difference to me but I would rather have the whole reptile world know how much of a "bag" this guy is.

Here, here's a virtual nickle so you don't feel like you lost out.
As for keeping it personal, it's not going to happen. canoliboy opened this can of worms and people want to know what is happening, some hoping he'll pay up, some thinking he won't.
What you see as childishness may well be the goad needed to get this guy to pay up. A little public shame goes a long way.

Geeze, I really hate when I feel the need to say something on topics like this,
I'll say this right now, I am not condoning this behavior, what he did was wrong, and he should be held accountable. That being said, he technically didn't open the can of worms, the user who id.'d him probably unintentionally lit the fire, which called in everyone else. Just putting that out there. The guy originally came just looking to know what snake he had, not to stir up his transgressions. (I'm leaving the topic of if he deserved it or not well enough alone.)
Secondly, he's had public humiliation that I've seen poking around since mid-August, possibly sooner, and with this thread passing 11 pages, that's more than a "little" public humiliation, if you can call internet semi-anonymity "public" (disregarding the fact that several people here are breeders with their names attached, and his own name and mailing address). If he hasn't tried to do anything about it yet (and is still obtaining snakes), then he most likely will not start now, unless he gets a real life fire lit under his behind. (or a attack snake or two)
At this point I think that it's better left to the courts seeing as a few of the people he has wronged gave him multiple chances to own up, and for everyone to be wary of any deals with him at this point. Instead of just sitting here and trying to get a reaction out of him, which doesn't seem to be yielding any favorable results and seems to only get people worked into an annoyed/angry frenzy.
I'll just add .20 to that .05 and leave before I tick anyone else off, seeing as it's really none of my beeswax.

Re: Purchased as a Mojave
No childishness here, he offered in a public forum to pay me back and people wanted to know what was going on with the situation, so I gave a quick little update. It's not a personal thing when you're warning other potential victims of a person who has, and is actively scamming people out of money and animals. I wouldn't be doing my duty as a person that has been apart of this industry for over 10 years if I didn't warn others and keep them updated of the messed up situation at hand.

To the OP: Looks like you have an addiction to spending. Get help before it ruins you!

I understand the warnings and I think they are very necessary to help others avoid these potential situations. I was just saying there are other ways to try and rectify the situation that aren't public places. You wouldn't go to a mall to settle a debt and ask all passers by their opinion of the situation.
My first point was there are people not immediately involved basically jumping in and being all like "YA, WHAT HE/SHE SAID!" That doesn't help anything. Just pisses people off. If I was the OP I would be angry and depressed now and not have any motivation to rectify anything. If people who are on the outside stay on the outside, things may have turned out different.

Details what else is there he screwed multiple people by not holding his end of the deal. Do yourself a favor please read thread entirely before u make such dumb comments a the whole story has been told. It's also important to keep people informed he has made no payments. Had this guy been honest and made a bunch payments I would say hey he screwed up now he is making it right maybe he is not such a bad guy. But he has made zero effort. So go back to watching hockey eh
