Hey guys sorry I have been a little absent. I have not forgot about you guys! My computer finally kicked the bucket, my ps3 exploded on me (long story), and there has been a change in management at work so things have been to tense for me to try and get on the computers. I have tried to respond to you guys on tapatalk from my blackberry but it seems that my replies failed to post >(.

I have not done well this month. I had three birthdays, valentines day, 2 anniversaries and lay offs at work. It has been a very stressful month filled with functions and busy scheduling so haven't been to the gym as often as i would like and most days, if i eat at all it is usually mc Donald's or pizza. i weighed myself yesterday at the gym and I am up 3 lbs. sitting at 159lbs. I should be in the clear to start my regiment and diet, and stick to it.

Congratulations to everyone who has been working hard and who is seeing results. stick with it!! I hope to spend a lot of time tomorrow night posting and replying to your emails.

    thanks guys,

    Chris.

I've lost about four pounds since last week just because I work third shift. I eat twice a day on a good day. It's supposed to be above 60 degrees all week. Gonna start jogging about an hour a day after work. I plan on being in shape by summer.

I'm not participating, but since I got a new job back in september, I've lost just over 19 and a half pounds.. not quite the 20, but it's a pretty good success. I'm back to high school weight and quite happy about it.

Also super stoked, I'm going to need as much unnecessary weight burned off and as much endurance built as I can get, my gf and I are planning a serious trip DEEP into the Boundary Waters Canoe Area. Some of our days on the initial trip planning are going to have six portages.

When we get to our destination (as far deep as we can go in within our allotted time), I'm going to spend three days fly fishing for smallmouth bass, northern pike, and maybe muskies on relatively unfished waters on the MN/Ontario border.

    Hey guys,

congrats on the weight loss!!! Sorry I haven't been around lately. But I am still working on it all the same! I've lost 7lbs. Had some gains due to birthdays, and "events," but I'm trying LOL. Now that the nice weather is here, I am out everyday on my bike, or in the gym. I've gained some muscle which is probably why I am struggling so hard with seeing losses. I am sitting at 258lbs.

How is everyone doing? I see there is not a lot of activity in the thread anymore and that's hugely my fault. I would really love to see us pull through (we still have over 2 months!). I would really like to succeed and see the money go to someone who deserves it!

    Cheers!

    Chris.

sweet! That sounds amazing! My goal is to get out to Nova Scotia this year and fish in the Atlantic ocean. My family has a cottage out off Indian Harbor and I haven't been since I was 15. There's nothing more relaxing than fishing! It's too bad I live in the city and can't fish anywhere.. unless I want to catch three eyed bass LOL.

    Good job everyone. :D

I need to start exercising... My BMI is actually a little low, so I could use some muscle mass.

I am down another 14 pounds in just over two weeks. Part of that is due to being sick and not eating the last few days but I have been jogging about every other day. I'm at 220 now and hope to be at 190 by May. By July I want to see some abs, going to start working on my biceps and triceps too :)
