My ball pythons name is Ruby. My Columbian Redtail Boa is Jake, and my Lipstick Sunglow Redtail Boa is Blondie. We also have two Bearded Dragons Marty and Henrik. [emoji216][emoji236][emoji173]️

My normal ball came with the name Asia - which I think suits her fine. I named my Hog Island boa Turbo - she's so fast and strong for such a small snake.

Super Cinnamon whom my roommate decided to start calling Azreal. So it kind of stuck before I even got a chance to name him. I often just call him Pup.

My little guy is named Shesha after the hindu thousand headed snake god. I wanted a really cool name for him since he is my first bp. The legend of Shesha goes that he holds the planets on his hoods and that when he uncoils creation takes place and when he coils back the universe ceases to exist. There is also a cool story of him fasting in protest of the cruelty of his brothers (the other snakes) and refusing to eat or drink until Brahma granted his request to live without harming others. Brahma then asked that he go into the netherworld and stabilize the earth, which still rests on his hood. He is often depicted as the bed of Brahma in the milk of the cosmos. I just thought it was a beautiful and poetic story befitting the most beatiful and gentle snake I have ever known. ^_^
