Another thing I collect is Chuck Taylors. I have a lot of band chuck Pink Floyd, The Who, Nirvana, Ozzy, Metallica (even though I hate them, the in justice for all shoes just look amazing), queen, Green Day, and the Romones. I also have different color chucks, Red on black (color on color... the first color is the canvas top and the second color is the rubber) Black on Red, Grey on white, grey on black, Black on Coffee, black on green, green on black, purple on black, blue on white, blue on black, black on blue. and then I have doubles ( looks like two shoes in one. I have about a $4000 collect of chucks.

GREAT.... my post didn't get posted... THANK YOU INTERNET PROVIDER....
Here it goes again (what I can remember of it):
Throughout my still short life, I have collected lots of crap, most of them still laying around somewhere in my house. The numbers beside the Collection is a guesstimate of my age when I did such collection. Collections that I actively keep up to this day are in BOLD:
- Pokemón Cards [8-11] (Only the first 3 sets, Basic, Jungle and Fossil)
- Marbles [10-11] (Not a huge one, just decent)
- Minerals/Precious stones/Fossils [6-13] (When I was a kid, I wanted to be a Paleontologist and a Geologist, so, I decided to start collecting Fossils, minerals, Precious Stones/Metals, Gems, Natural Crystals, etc... Not to brag, but that was quite a collection for a kid of my age, it's kinda eye-opening. Hell, there are even Sapphires, Rubies and Emeralds, and many other precious stones in there)
- Hot Wheels [7-10] (again, not a big deal, only like 150-200 cars in there, which is nothing if you comprare to hardcore HOTWHEEL collectors)
- Tuner Car Models [13-16] (I don't know what was passing through my mind at that moment, but meeeeeeeh. About the collection, it's just a small one, around 8 cars, but I consider it a collection because I carefully placed each model inside 'glass' display boxes)
- HardRock Café Guitar Pins [17- now (21)] (Everytime I went to a HRC, I bought a Guitar Pin, so I decided to make it a Collection. Now I try not to have any country duplicates (although there are some), and I also try to get only 1 per state)
- USA Coinage (Coins and Paper Money) [8- now (21)] (Started just collecting Bicentennial coins and pre-64 Silver Coins, then passed to the States Quarters, and now I collect pretty much everything USA Coinage Related (although I must admit I have been REAL lazy and rusty these couple of years, haven't done any of the new sets. I'm mainly focusing on finishing older coin collections like Morgans, Peace, Standing Liberty, blah blah). Lots of interesting US bills here too: $500 bill, confederate bills, Silver and Gold certificates, 1st run of standard sized Bills, etc.. Again, not to brag, but this is a pretty big and time/money consuming collection, I could say I have spent EASILY 5k from MY pocket on this)
- World Paper Money [14- now (21)] (Another Eye-Opener. I got most of my collection as a Trade I did with my uncle. My grandfather had given me a 10th to 15th century Spain Coinage Collection just for kicks (yes, Numismatics is pretty big in my family) and my uncle had wanted that collection for years, so he gave me his HUGE World paper money collection for the Spanish coins. What can I say, I have bills from Countries that no longer exist, bills that are 'illegal' (governments had them destroyed due to political changes and stuff). One bill that I find intriguing is an older one from russia that is almost as big as a standard paper... I wonder how the hell people carried that without folding them. Of course, everytime me or my brother (who travels A LOT, like 6-8 times a year) travel/s, I/he bring/s foreign currencies, and If it's duplicated, off to local auctions or feebay)
- Guitar Picks [17- now (21)] (Since I started playing, I have loved picks, and I have saved 1 from every different variation I have bought (not fair, last time I bought picks I bought a 144 pack, which was like 3 years ago, and I still have over half of them left). However, I also collect Artist Picks, and I have from: Metallica, Lamb of God (used by Willie himself <3), Korn, Zakk Wylde, Kirk Hammett, and others I can't remember )
I'd love to count all my guitars as a collection, but since I flip most of them so much, I guess it's not a valid collection.
I'm pretty sure that I'm missing some collections, but oh well. I'll gladly take some pictures if anyone is interested :D
And yes, I know I suck I didn't have a social life, up until like 3 years ago :rofl::rofl::rofl:

I have a friend who is a music snob. Apparently the hip thing to do is dislike Metallica, much like its hip to dislike nickleback.
Personally I like them both.

Im pretty sure youre not, but you cant compare metallica to nickelback lol...
I like nickelbacks early stuff, like silver side up, but nowadays theyre too mainstream and some of their songs sound like country (which is prolly why you like them lol). When my friends moms start going to nickelback concerts, i can no longer like them, im sorry but i have to draw the line lol. Then when you play an early one of their songs for them theyre like "omg whose that, they suck!" So now ive just adopted the mentality that i hate nickelback bc if i say that i like them then theyll think im talking about the new nickelback, not the old nickelback. Its sad that they changed so much, i really liked Chads voice and the rawness it had...

Hey now! Everyone is entitled to hate whatever they want.
Metallica was my favorite band for over 10 years, but right I pretty much don't care about them. I just like their first 4 albums as of now. And you can't dent the fact that Metallica sold out a bunch of years ago

This is a neat thread to have resurfaced.
My main collection is vintage computers, primarily apple.
Some of my computer stuff:
Apple Lisa 2, a TRS Model-100, a Macintosh Television, Performa 200, Woz Apple 2GS, various compact macs, a pair of (currently non-functional) Macintosh Portables, old PowerBooks, the colored iBooks, and some iPod stuff and a Newton.
