    Beginning Weight: 175
    Current Weight: 171
    Total lost so far: 4

    Goal for end of Feb: 167

    Started the actual diet and exercise plan at the beginning of the month and have seen some nice results. Keeping a 2 pound per week goal for now. How is everyone else doing? :3

    Im now at 130 I have lost 12 pounds but Im not going to lose anymore seeing as its going to be coming back in the next 9 months....

    I am on day 3 of Weight Watchers. I'll update on Monday when I weigh myself. I decided to go with WW as opposed to Slim Fast simply because WW is much healthier, and easier to maintain your weight once you reach your goal. I'm excited to see the results.

    I am excited to say that after my first week of Weight Watchers and NOT feeling starved at any point, I've lost 4.4 lbs :D
