I was really into that super phantom, but I'll admit I was drooling over that dreamsicle RDR had on display!!! I'll be getting my pics up tomorrow, complete with dorky "I'm-holding-a-snake-yay!" pictures. Funny thing was, I brought my mom with me and she wasn't impressed by any of the morphs that had me drooling; she mistook a baby RTB for a mojave BP every time we passed one--but she could spot an axanthic from across the aisle, and is now urging me to get the $900-1100 axanthic as opposed to the $500-600 mojave I've had my eye on that she's been so against. Hope everyone had lots of fun!

Just walked in the door 1/2 an hour ago, getting critters settled and making sure existing critters are ok! I'll post more tomorrow - but suffice it to say - we had a WONDERFUL time getting to see folks from last year and meeting new folks from this year! I'm counting down the days until next year! I'll post more about the weekend tomorrow!

Just got home now and I'm going to sleep! No pics were taken with my camera so you'll all have to rely on the others. I had a great 4 days with lots of partying and a minimal amount of sleep.

Thanks to all for the OUSTANDING photos you have already posted. I hope to meet you guys next year.

LOL - this year I took more pictures of people than snakes - so a lot of my pictures will be of the "crew" that went this year and hung out together!

Wow!!! Those are all great pics. Makes me REALLY bummed that we took our vacation to FL a week too early... :( :( (Only time my husband could have off though...) Well.......guess there's always next year.

I am glad that those that went had a good time though!!!!

And I don't think that I could pic a favorite from the pics so far. Lots of HOT morphs!!!

I did make it back, but the drive home wasn't nearly as easy as driving TO Daytona. I have a few pics to put up as well, and I did get some nice ones from the dinner. Photobucket is having some maitanence issues so it'll be a bit before I get them up. Of course, I'm more worred about what pics Robin and Raul will post. (can we talk before those go up? :please: )

It was such an awesome experience and completely worth every agonizing second I had to spend in that truck by myself! (ten times over even!) I can't even begin to describe what a wonderful group of people we have here. :love:

One think I heard at the show made me laugh and thought if I heard it anywhere else would be really odd. Someone had lost a little notebook that had names, phone numbers, email addresses, and some other personal info. They announced over the speakers that the return of this notebook would get you a cash reward. Now who would pass up a cash reward you ask? Well, the group of people that passed by me and said, "Cash? Think they would let us have a some snakes instead?" :8:

Only at a herp show will people put snakes before cash...lol!

I had a great time meeting most of you finally, we can only hope the group was only mildly offensive to most of you. It was a great time and I highly recommend it to anyone whose on the fence about whether or not to go next year. I will definitely be there again!

Well im back home now, i rolled in about 11pm last night and went right to bed, unlike someones short little ride home all alone in her truck mine was a wee bit longer..lol


I didnt take my camera in the expo( i forgot it) but it took pics with my phone...lol

It was AWESOME to meet everyone a put a face to the name. I had a really fun time hangin with everyone.

The dinner at bubba gump was cool too...and thats all i got to say about that..

Next time, someone stop me when I think it would be a GREAT idea to pick up a 50 lb bag of rodent lab block, a bale of aspen AND a new Barr's cage for the crestie. Traveling in a Nissan Altima with all of that, plus two bags of clothes, a garbage bag full of dirty clothes, two pillows, tubs of various sizes, a crestie, a leo, two rats, medium/large dog, huge cooler and various bags of snacks and other stuff makes for a very tight and cramped 8 hour drive - I don't know HOW Karl got it all in the car - I thought we were going to have to leave something!
