Not to be a downer, the snake is awesome, but how can you be sure of the spider gene. I don't see it.

mabey it acts like it's been huffing glue; i think that would be a dead giveaway that there is some spider in there :P. that is one nice looking snake either way.

Spider and pinstripe combos create a new sort of pattern. It looks more like a pinstripe pattern than spider...but it's definitely a unique combo. That has the look of a "Spinner" for sure.

Re: Super Pastel Calico Lesser Spider Pinstripe
The Calico is much easier to spot after it's shed out a couple times. I've hit a good number of Calico combos and once you see what it does whenever you throw it into some animals, you can tell as it ages because the white comes in so much more. I went through and compared it to a Super Pastel Lesser Spider Pin and my Pastel Lesser Spider Pin and I'm 99.9% sure it has Calico in it from those two comparisons.

The Spider gene shows itself in the pattern, like a Queenspin, it dashed the pattern up a bit, the Super Pastel and Calico seemed to change the pattern up a bit making it a little more busy, but for the most part, it's got the basic "spinner" look to it. Here is a photo of a Kingspin and Dad (Pastel/Lesser/Spider/Pin).

I realize this is not a sales inquiry, but I wanted to put a quick reminder here in the thread that we do not allow snake owners to discuss the prices or sale availability of their animals. Such things should be discussed only in private messages among interested parties.

I've eliminated some options of what it could have been by producing things with less genes (Calico Lesserbee, Calico Queenebee, Calico Killer Queenbee, etc.). The paring was from a Queenspin x Pastel Calico, the only thing I was really struggling with was the Calico portion of it when it hatched out, it was for sure at least a Super Pastel Lesser Spider Pin (I know what the Pastel Lesser Spider Pin looks like out of an egg), after a couple sheds, you can easily see the Calico coming in.

Now telling what his babies will be, that'll be the real trick! :rolleye2:

    Thanks!

Ben, absolutely beautiful snake. When you get so many ingredients in there, how can you tell what you really have? I have not doubt in what you're saying at all, just confuses the heck out of me.
