Was trying to think of something kind of fun to do so we could learn just a little more about each other. So....what is your nickname...(keep it clean):P I don't want to know those behind closed door names your significant other calls you. :O Oh yea you know what Im talking about!!!!! Keep those ones private...:D

When I was growing up my lil sis was 3 yrs younger than me & couldn't pronounce my name "Lisa ann", she called me sand, now it's "miss ann", everyone else calls me Lee

I played competitive sports growing up and baseball was my main focus. My coach and some of the other baseball gurus around the league said that I reminded them of a player from the 60's and 70's who was also named Catfish. It helped that we shared the same last name too. I guess they thought it was flashy! haha

It's funny, now one of main hobbies is fishing and the nickname has come back. =)

One given to me by my mom when I was growing up, it pretty much reflect my personality :rolleyes:, TAZ (Apparently I have a bad temper and have a tendency to destroy everything on my path :rolleyes:)

One given to me by my friends which is obvious, FRENCHIE

And want given to me my my dear husband :rolleyes: which I won't even mention.

Well growing up my nick name was sleepy because I have real chinky eyes and my real name is antoine so now people call me twan.

My fiance's youngest son calls me Big Sani, my name is Sandy but he's named me big Sani cause he can't say it right and I'm not a big girl, he says sandy on spongebob is little sani & I'm big sani. His whole family now calls me Big Sani!

My old friends from school (high school) call me Fat Paul. I was the only kid on varsity cross country over 150lbs.

Most of my car club friends call me Schnozz (big nose)

Well not very fun or original but my name is Lorne and since i was born my mom always called me Lorney and well...yeah it stuck with everyone all my life lol im now 20 and even my girlfriend refers to me as lorney >_> im sorta use to it now haha

When I was stationed in Korea, the locals called me Bear. I guess because of my 6'5" 205lb frame. When I got out of the Army I gained weight, now hovering around 300lb, and my friends say I am no longer a bear, I am now a Grizz. Some also say I remind them of Grizzly Adams, so this nickname has stuck now for 28 years.

Whew, I have a lot, lol.. Here goes:

Well, my first name is Felicia, but my family calls me Nicki. It doesn't make much sense, but it came about because my middle name is Monique, so they somehow got it from the "nique" at the end. I only go by Felicia at school and work.

My Papa has always called me Angel, because right before I was born he was very sick and the doctors didn't think he wold make it, and he's always said when I was born, I became his reason to get better. Nah, I wasn't spoiled or anything, lol :P Him and my Nannie have also called me Pumpkin Pie since I ws little. There's no real reason behind that one, that's just always been my nickname. I don't even like it, haha.

My grandmother on my mom's side has always called me SunShine.. And yes, according to her, it HAS to be spelled with BOTH S's capitalized! She's um, odd, lol.

My other grandma on mom's side (my mom's stepmom) has always called me Snickerdoodle, because of my name being Nicki.

My boyfriend has several for me. The main one is Short Stack, and he also calls me Shorty and Lil One, all because of my height, obviously. I'm 5'3 and he's about 6', 6'1. He also calls me Fruit Loop a lot, lol.

my name is william my parrents call me pj for punkin jr since my dads nickname since he was a kid was punkin and he is 52 and evryone still calls him punkin...some of my friends call me billy bob due to me being 6'4 312lbs and like to party has anyone seen varsity blues

My sisters call me 'shorty' even though I am 5'7 and they are 5'3 and 5'4 :D

Close friends tend to call me just 'country' :gj:

Yep, he was a Marine.. Him and his best friend went in and neither liked the military once they joined, and my great grandmother would drop them off at the bus station after being home on leave and they would beat her back home, haha.

It is a war rarely remembered, so it's nice when it's appreciated :)

One of my sisters had speech problems when she was younger, so when she was really little, Nicki because Ni-Ni and then Nicki-Ni.. I about CRIED the other day when she pronounced it correctly the first time! I loved being Nick-Ni :tears:

Aw! I used to babysit a little girl and her aunt's name was Nicki. The she was still 2 y/o, Aunt Nicki became Aunt Ni-Ni.

No, I was there in the late 70's, but both my father and father in law were in the Korean war.

My nickname is Bear when I was a baby my voice was pretty husky and I would growl when I was crying so my mom called me bear and it stuck luckily I grew into it. lol

My name is pretty short to begin with, so I don't really have an "official" nickname... but I am sometimes called the following:

Lolo - just one friend who calls me this, and I'm not sure how she came up with it. Inspired my screen name, though!
Red - I'm a redhead, but only strangers dare to use this one. :P
L - once I complained about not having a name that can be shortened, so my sister dubbed me "L" (first letter of my name)... she's called me that ever since.

That's about it! Oh, and I also have a Hebrew name... Shulamit Tzivah, after my great-Uncles (Saul/Shlomo & Sam) who both died right before I was born.

My nickname is just awful! Please don't laugh but my brothers gave me a very stupid one when we were growing up, they called me Wuss.

My 3 nicknames are Bear, Bip, and B Rob. I have had bear ever since I was little, and a guy called me Bip at baseball camp so that stuck, and since I play baseball and I am a pitcher and my last name is Roberts, and my first name starts with a B, they call me B-Rob. Sorta like A-Rod.

Family has always called me Sherry. Close friends call me Shadi.

I high school people used to call me DDG which was short for Darrens Dance Grooves. Not that I dance but its some choreography video.

All my friends call me Mormon cause I used to be mormon and I was the only one they knew.
